Coldwell Banker helps raise funds
Gilroy – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents are best known for helping people buy and sell homes. But recently, 12 members of the Gilroy office took time out of their busy schedules to help build homes for low-income families in San Jose.
The office participated in Silicon Valley Habitat for Humanity’s 11-home development in San Jose, the largest group of houses attempted by the organization.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Gilroy is also raising money for Habitat for Humanity. The office announced its Barbecue Bash Thursday, Aug. 17 at 12pm, at 7789 Wren Ave. The price for the event is $10 and includes lunch and entertainment. All proceeds benefit Silicon Valley Habitat for Humanity.

Jennifer Myracle joins Cherisse’s salon
Morgan Hill – Jennifer Myracle has joined the staff at Cherisse’s Hair Salon & Day Spa in Morgan Hill as an esthetician. Trained at the Fremont Beauty College, Myracle received her post-graduate certification from the International Dermal Institute in San Francisco, which entitles her to perform advanced skin care techniques on men and women.
In addition to providing facials, eyebrow or eyelash tinting, and skin brightening services, Myracle is qualified to provide skin care services for all kinds of skin conditions, including skin that has been sensitized environmentally from sun damage, dehydration, pollution, scarring, Rosacea or adult acne.

Alain Pinel acquires new office
Saratoga – Alain Pinel Realtors announced the acquisition of the assets of the Montclair office of CENTURY 21 Heritage Real Estate Fine Homes & Estates in Oakland.
The purchase essentially doubles the size of the APR sales force in the prominent Oakland Hills, which includes Montclair, Piedmont and Berkeley. The acquisition increases Alain Pinel Realtors’ strength in Montclair from 22 to 47 Realtors in the market.
At the same time the acquisition was announced, Phil Weingrow was named manager of the combined offices. Weingrow was the manager of Century 21 Heritage in Montclair and has been in the real estate business since 1980.
Alain Pinel Realtors was founded in 1990 by Paul Hulme and has become one of the 10 largest real estates services company in the United States.
Century 21 Premier one of top companies
Morgan Hill – As one of the Century 21 System’s top producing companies in the nation, Century 21 Premier has earned a place in the System’s 2100 Club for 2006.
