Ruby “Jeannette” Rude, of San Jose, died in Gilroy on May 31, 2003. She was 88 years of age.
She is survived by her son Gary Rude of Gilroy; daughter Cheryl Schlieve of Eau Claire, Wis.; and grandchildren Dee Wilson of Gilroy, Sally Enquirez of Hollister, Anna Rude of Gilroy, Andrew Richard Schlieve of Ft. Collins, Colo., Lara Schlieve of Eau Claire and Mark Schlieve of Eau Claire.
She was a native of Tilden, Ill. Jeannette and her husband lived in San Jose for more than 40 years before retiring to Gold Hill, Ore., where they lived for a period of 20 years.
A private family Memorial Service is pending. Burial will be at Eagle Point Veterans Cemetery, Eagle Point, Ore. Arrangements under the direction of Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
