Flores and the other suspect, whose name was not released by police because he is a juvenile, are responsible for what amounted to one of the largest spray-painting sprees in recent memory, according to police.
The two were arrested at 11:30 p.m. on April 11 near First and Eigelberry streets for the spray-painting spree that hit 30 businesses, homes and vehicles.
