GHS softball solves Salinas in 7-3 win
SALINAS – The Gilroy High softball squad won its second straight league contest Wednesday – going on the road to get revenge on host Salinas by a 7-3 margin.

Senior ace Jennifer Olvera led the game off with a home run that sailed over the outfield fence.

The Lady Mustangs evened their T-CAL record at 5-5 and upped their overall record to 13-10.

Up next, Gilroy will travel to North Salinas on Friday for a rain make-up game at 4 p.m.
