Garlic Cooking Demonstration
GILROY – The Godfather of Garlic, Val Filice, will give an informative talk and demonstration on cooking with garlic at Barnes & Noble on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Filice, a master chef of the Gilroy Garlic Festival, will share some of his favorite recipes from the newly revised “The Garlic Lover’s Cookbook.”
