Illegal drugs
Apryl Diaz, 39, 2:27 a.m. March 12 on Obata Court at Obata Way in Gilroy, on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Diaz had a $90,000 warrant for her arrest out of Fresno and was in possession of 2.6 grams of methamphetamine and a pipe.
Mario Frausto, 56, 9:39 a.m. March 9 on Monterey Highway at Bolsa Road in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Elpidio Pacheco, 29, 1:32 a.m. March 6 on Monterey Road at Eighth Street in Gilroy for possession of oxycodone. Pacheco had a pill bottle with nine pills.
Vandalism
An unknown suspect(s), between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, broke a vehicle window. The estimated cost to replace the window is $114.
Albert Palomo, 22, Stephen Patrick Gause-Subia, 18, Phillip Michael Ortega, 21, and Gabriel PJ Pena, 20, 4:50 a.m. March 10 on the 11000 block of Turlock Avenue in San Martin, for vandalism and possession of drug paraphernalia. Four suspects sprayed graffiti on a barn and were found in a vehicle parked on the side of the road next to the property.
Residential burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 3 p.m. March 7 and 5:15 p.m. March 9, on the 14000 block of Bowden Court in Morgan Hill forced entry into a residence and stole $150 worth of property.
Stolen vehicle
A Honda was reported missing between 7 a.m and 6:10 p.m. March 12, 7200 block of Monterey Road in Gilroy.
Recovered stolen vehicle
A stolen vehicle out of San Jose was recovered, 5:50 a.m. March 6 on Armsby Lane at Tohara Way in Morgan Hill.
