Howard A. Lindeleaf passed away in Fresno on Oct. 7, 2002.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bertha W. Lindeleaf, now
living in Fresno. He is also survived by his sons and their
spouses, Robert and Louise Lindeleaf of Snelling, Jerry and Jo Ann
Lindeleaf of Fresno and Don and Diane Lindeleaf of Bend, Ore. Five
granddaughters and three great grandchildren also survive him.

Lindeleaf was a native of Gilroy and was born 90 years ago. He attended Gilroy Schools and graduated from Gilroy High School. He farmed all his life. He was one of the original founders of the California Tomato Growers Association. Lindeleaf was a former member of the Gilroy Grange.
