Solis Winery owners Michael and Vic Vanni have released their first vintage of wines since assuming ownership of the family business. The brothers honored their family tree by unveiling a new dessert wine lovingly named after their grandmother, “Anita Maria.”
The fortified wine, made from the Solis Estate Muscat, was conceived and dedicated as a tribute to the life of Anita Maria Vanni, an Italian immigrant who achieved the American dream while passing on her Italian heritage.
The wine is available in the Solis Winery, 3920 Hecker Pass, Gilroy, and retails for $18 per bottle.
