■ No – not across the board. City services should be available during regular weekdays. However, there are other options to implement an alternative schedule without shutting down completely. Morgan Hill has a system that seems to work for them.

â–  NO. This would not serve the people of Gilroy better. City employees work for us citizens, not the other way around.

â–  I think that is a fabulous idea. I would love a working environment that gave me an extra day off.

â–  If it truly saves money, yes. However for customer service reasons, it might not work.

â–  Should be offered as an option-as long as services are available.

â–  I think the employees will get more done with the longer hours and four days a week. Yes I think the city should go to the four-day work week. I think the city will also save money with less work days.

â–  Yes. Anything to be more cost efficient should be considered.
