Christopher High Diving

Christopher High boys divers Nathan Myers and Anthony Lopez placed first and second, respectively, at the Gunn Invitational on Saturday.

Myers, a senior, won with an 11-dive score of 368.3 points.

Lopez, a freshman, took second with a score of 329.6.

Lopez’s score qualified him for Central Coast Section competition May 11 at the Santa Clara International Swim Center. Myers qualified for CCS the previous weekend with a score of 327.4 at the Carmel Invitational.

The Cougars will compete in the Monterey Bay League Finals on Wednesday at Carmel High.
