Dear Editor,
It sounds to me like the U.S. Postal Service should send the Gilroy Postmaster Penny Yates to some sort of management training.
Her arbitrary and capricious decisions not only affect hard-working postal employees but also the postal service customers as well.
I thought that the Postal Service had rid itself of these types of so-called managers quite some time ago? I guess I was wrong.
I am on vacation and have noticed that these carriers should be commended for trying to do the best job possible instead of being punished for bad decisions being made by the postmaster. Maybe she should be forced to deliver mail and see what the carriers are going through.
