Led by medalist LaTherian Harrison, the Gilroy High girls golf team picked up a win against shorthanded Watsonville on a windy Tuesday at Gavilan Golf Course.

Harrison fired a 52 to record the low round between the two schools. Watsonville’s Leah Ancira shot a 53, as did Gilroy’s Cierra Montoya-Valdez and Melissa Peterson in the Mustangs 307-377 victory.

Trinity Christian was also involved in the tri-meet, beating GHS 301-307 with Katrina Mendez’ 37 leading the way.
