Nicole Holder of the Gilroy Track and Field team is the female Athlete of the Week for May 15. 

Each week recognize one area male and female athlete for their performance on the field of play. This week’s are:
Isaac McCrimon, Christopher Track and Field

McCrimon captured the Monterey Bay League Gabilan Division crown in the long jump at the league championship meet May 8 at Gilroy High. The Cougar leapt a career-best 22 feet, which he achieved on his first attempt. He will compete in the league’s Master Meet today.

Holder captured league titles in both the high jump and triple jump events in the Pacific Division at the Monterey Bay League Championships May 8 at Gilroy High. Holder notched a personal best 5-foot, 4-inch mark in the high jump and a 34-02 in the triple jump. She will compete in the MBL Master’s Meet today.
