The Monterey Bay League regular season champion Christopher High girls basketball team plays tonight in the semifinals of the MBL postseason tournament against Watsonville at Pajaro Valley High. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30.
Seaside takes on Monte Vista Christian in the other semifinal at 3:30 p.m. The Cougars (19-5 overall, 11-1 MBL) received a first round bye into the semifinals. The Spartans defeated Pajaro Valley while the Mustangs beat Monterey to advance.
Should the Cougars win, the finals are slated for Friday night at 6 p.m. back at Pajaro Valley.
