Burglary: An unknown suspect, Jan. 4 at 9:30 a.m. near the 5100 block of Redwood Retreat Road in Gilroy for breaking and entering a home and stealing $75 in coins and collector currency.
While allegedly drunken drivers kept police throughout Santa Clara County busy over the Memorial Day weekend, overall arrests for driving under the influence are vastly down from the same period last year.Â
While Morgan Hill police were outside a residence checking out a stolen motorcycle, another jacked street bike pulled into the driveway last weekend, authorities said.Â
