History: Boyd and Trujillo have owned Image & Design for two years. They took over from the previous owner, Lynn Shaffer, on April 1, 2004. Lynn owned the business for 11 years.
Philosophy: Their philosophy is to give the best customer service to their clientele. It is the client, they say, who keeps their business going, so they like to give back to them. Since starting as the receptionist seven years ago, Boyd knows almost every single one of their clients and their families and this alone has been very rewarding, she says, making their business have a great sense of “family” to it.

hours: Open Tuesday, 10am to 5pm; Wednesday and Thursday, 9am to 8pm; Friday, 9am to 6pm; and Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
