Dear Editor:
The South Valley Junior High Parents Club sincerely appreciates Calpine’s generous grant of $2000 that will help and support many students. We will be using this money toward our quad improvement project. We want to plant grass, flowers, and have tables for our students to enjoy their lunch.
This project will beautify and enhance this area of the school and show our students that we do care about the quality of our schools. We believe that a better school environment will make happier and more successful students.
A special thank you to Robin Balanesi for being so patient and answering my many questions about this grant. Calpine’s commitment to the community is greatly appreciated.
