Tonya Monsour and her dog ‘Harley’ check the level of Uvas Creek at Silva’s Crossing Sunday afternoon. The water crossed Miller Avenue Saturday, forcing the city to close the road, but receded Sunday and Monday. The road remained closed Tuesday and police have no timeline for its reopening.
