Child Playing With Bucket A Dangerous Situation

Dear Editor,

I have never written before, but the front page of The Dispatch July 20th edition upset me so much, I feel I must comment.

The picture of the little boy with his head in a bucket, having water dumped over his head sent chills up and down my spine.

Dangerous, irresponsible, frightening! Perhaps a slip-n-slide or kids with hoses or squirt guns would have been more appropriate.
