Christopher High School ‘s Parent Club is sponsoring a Zumba fundraising event Jan. 19 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the high school’s main gym where participants can kick start their new year’s fitness routine and help raise money for the school.
All proceeds from this event will benefit programs at CHS.
Each participant will be able to select the CHS group, club, athletic team, or department of their choice to receive two thirds of their $15 entrance fee, with the remaining one third going directly to the Parent Club to help provide senior scholarships, staff appreciation, teacher supplies, honor roll recognition, and other programs that support CHS.
Zumba is a fun and easy to follow, latin-inspired, fitness program combining dance and aerobic elements.
