Residents around Fifth Street reported that their neighborhood lost power around 10 p.m. Monday. They said it was off for several hours before being restored. PG&E media spokesperson Monica Tell confirmed that the outages - attributed to “PG&E equipment failure” - occurred between 10:02 p.m. and 5:45 a.m. affecting a total 4,957 PG&E customers throughout the night.
