Gilroy – The Gavilan College Small Business Development Center will offer workshops on How to Gain, Know and Retain Customers in Competitive Times. Instructor Tim Hendrick teaches Retail Marketing at San Jose State and is a Marketing consultant for the Gavilan College SBDC.
