transformation. Even though I am a relatively new subscriber, I can
tell a lot of time was put into planning for these changes.

I wish to congratulate The Dispatch on its recent transformation. Even though I am a relatively new subscriber, I can tell a lot of time was put into planning for these changes.
First, delivery in the morning was a great decision. Many of us want to start the day reading about current events and enjoying a cup of coffee.
Second, the layout of the paper is quite inviting. Good use of color, crisp fonts and clean spaces all around make the paper easy to read. The photo quality also seems to have been improved. Your Web site has been wonderfully user friendly. Now the paper has the same look. These elements will no doubt attract more subscribers.
Finally, the new features like Community Camera and Red Phone add a sense of ownership to Gilroy families. It is refreshing to see the newspaper stay in touch with the community and still keep up with all the technology that is out there.
The Dispatch has won numerous awards in the past. I anticipate an even greater level of success and customer satisfaction with this innovative approach to local news publishing.
