Please excuse me for wasting 10 minutes of my time reading what Dennis Taylor has to say. I always first skim his articles to see what tirade is currently residing in his mind. Almost invariably he has to take a swipe at President Bush or some local columnist who has the courage to make a moral stand.
What really puzzles me about all these liberal hate-mongers is why they hate George Bush. If you look at his record, he is anything but a right-wing conservative. I’m sure old Abe Lincoln was just as hated in his day – it was only after he was assassinated that he became an American hero.
What is it that liberals are so afraid of? That a legal marriage would continue to be between one man and one woman? Sixty six percent of the American people consistently support marriage between one man and one woman. Sure are a lot of right wingers out there!
Do liberals hate George Bush because he inherited a developing recession from Bill Clinton or because he used military might to overcome the evil forces that attacked America? I know – it’s because we went after Sadaam Husssein and then found out there are no weapons of mass destruction. Oh, well, better luck next time. At least our Israeli friends can appreciate what we did.
Oh, by the way, I too will never vote to give the library system any more money as long as they allow pornography on its premises.
