Daniel Joseph Scianna, born Jan. 12, 1992, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003. Danny was a 5th grade GATE student at Paradise Valley School in Morgan Hill. He was a gifted student who loved math and reading. Danny was a loving son, brother, grandson, great-grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. He will be sorely missed by his entire family and innumerable friends. Danny is the beloved son of Mark and Ledonna Scianna; brother to Sammy, Mark Jr. and Kenny Scianna; grandson of Sam and Vera Fazzio and Marge Scianna; and great-grandson of Virginia Fazzio. He also leaves behind many loving uncles, aunts and cousins.
Please come and join our family and friends as we celebrate Danny’s life at South Valley Christian Church, 16995 DeWitt Ave., Morgan Hill on Thursday at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SVCC (memo: Danny Scianna Fund) which will benefit programs such as AWANA and summer camp scholarships. Funeral arrangements are under direction of Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
