David W. Amendt aged 45 years passed away suddenly in Hollister on Sunday May 16th, 2010. David was a native of Summers, NJ, a former resident of San Jose, and a current resident of Hollister for the last 10 years. David was a Manager of the tire and automotive department for Rossi’s of Monterey.
He enjoyed going to Yosemite and singing country music in his spare time. David was the son of Isabelle Amendt of Clovis, CA and the late Edward Amendt. He was a loving husband to Christina Amendt of Hollister, a proud father of Erica, Ashleigh, Toni Rose, Christen, and David Jr.; the “best and proudest grandpa” to Edward Nathaniel Rodriguez; a son-in-law of Rod and Rosie Jameson; and leaves three surviving brothers.
Friends are invited to a memorial ceremony on Saturday, May 22nd 2010, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Grunnagle Funeral Home 870 San Benito St., Hollister. Inurnment will be private.
