It appears that Mr. Chris Cote’s guest column of May 10 is about 39 days too late, and should have been published on April 1 – otherwise known as “April Fool’s Day.”
Mr. Cote must be visiting earth from another planet 45 years after the fact, to arrive at the conclusion that the Democrat Party is the champion of “morality”. As the party supporting the homosexual revolution, abortion-on-demand, euthanasia, pornography and Fabian socialism in government, the Democrats have shifted-left light-years away from what JFK stood for.
Today Democrats are the party of relativism, but certainly not of morality.
