Donna Marie Lewis, 53, passed away peacefully at her home on July 22, 2012, after battling cancer for 12 years.
 She is survived by her husband Rex, their five children Christopher, Rachael, Justin, Andrew, and Katie; her mother Ann Forbes, and sisters Mary Balesteri and Lynda Alsip.
 She was preceded in death by her brother Bruce Forbes and father Richard Forbes.
 Visitation and Guest Book signing will take place on Saturday, July 28, 2012, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:00 P.M. at the Grunnagle Funeral Home Chapel 870 San Benito St., Hollister, CA 95023.
