for utility upgrades.

Don’t blame PG&E. The ones to blame are all of our politicians, both local and state, who keep approving building permits without any regard for utility upgrades.
The only thing they think about is the new property tax revenue they can spend. It’s time for Californians to wake up and put a stop to all building in this state until utilities can be upgraded to support the growth.
If you agree, let your politicians know that you are fed up with blackouts and water shortages.
