Dear Editor:
I perceive that The Dispatch has become a forum paying tribute
to Florence Trimble, i.e. Letter to the Editor (Kat Teraji), three
additional articles by Kat Teraji and the longest obituary I have
ever read outlining her many accomplishments.
Dear Editor:
I perceive that The Dispatch has become a forum paying tribute to Florence Trimble, i.e. Letter to the Editor (Kat Teraji), three additional articles by Kat Teraji and the longest obituary I have ever read outlining her many accomplishments. I am sure Florence was a wonderful, giving person who touched the lives of many people in a positive way, but I think life goes on, and if she was everything I have read about she would not want people to be continually obsessed with her, but would want them to move on and live more constructively in the present.
There are other issues and people to write about. There are people in our Armed Forces right now and their families who are making sacrifices to defend our country from intruders who would inflect great harm to our country.
There are researchers and scientists who are working very hard to find a cure for vaccines, for many diseases that people suffer.
There are people in Gilroy who are concerned about the hungry and homeless, gangs, and new library, improving Monterey Road, etc.
I am sure if Kat were to open her mind there would be a lot she could write on as she has a talent for the written word. Please no more diatribes about Florence Trimble there has been enough written already – let’s move on to other issues.
