DEAR EDITOR:

The idea of a new railroad museum is very exciting and holds great potential for downtown. The museum would be a tourism draw to our historic central core and a spark to the evolution of the area into an attractive, vital place.

This type of concept is exactly what the supporters of Gilroy First! would like to see pursued. I hope our City Council incumbents and candidates appreciate this rare opportunity and will work with Rod Diridon and Union Pacific to make it a reality.
