Fire contained on Solis Rancho Drive

CalFire responded to the blaze, which was contained and controlled at a quarter of an acre, within the hour, according to CalFire spokesman Ken McGeever.

At 4:45 p.m. CalFire had the power lines turned off so that firefighters could move in and take care of the smoke.
