Reimal lines three doubles, Fullmer adds three RBIs for Co-Rec

GILROY – Larry Reimal lined three doubles and scored three runs Sunday as 3-1 Foothills outlasted Rush Order 14-7 in Co-Rec Winter D League play at Las Animas Park.

John Fullmer added three hits and drove in three runs as Foothills remained one game out of the lead in the four-team circuit. Jeremy Castro collected a double and two singles for Rush Order.

Brian Moreno drove in five runs with a home run, single and sacrifice fly in a 15-0 Covenant nod over South Valley Newspapers. Cory Casillas went 4-for-4, Bridget Adams, John Day and Shaleen Moreno each 3-for-4 for the 4-0 Builders. Robert Hurtado went 2-for-2 for the Newspapers.

Radiator Doctor is 4-0 in Co-Rec C action after a 10-4 victory over Just 4 Fun Sunday at Las Animas.

Annette Maquinalez went 3-for-4 and drove in two Doctor runs. Jesse Marquez scored three times and George Smith added three singles for the league leaders. Joel Garcia scored three Just 4 Fun runs.

Cesar Lopez and Mike Howe each ripped three hits as Handmade Healthcare maintained a one-half game lead in the Co-Rec B league with an 11-7 win over Krazy Koyote Thursday at Christmas Hill Park. Dave Meacham adeed two doubles and plated three runs for the 5-1 Healthcare. Sean Subia and Melissa Takul each collected three hits for Krazy Koyote.

George Salgado Jr. hit three home runs and a triple in an eight-RBI effort to carry Sand Pit past Let’s Do This 16-8. Cam Bautista delivered a homer and two doubles for 3-2 Sand Pit.

Thomas Carrillo hit two homers, two doubles and a single as Gaeta’s Taqueria defeated Lopez Vending Machines 13-10. Cris Adame added three Gaeta’s hits. Mike Luevano went 4-for-4 and Ray Keldsen added a homer, double and single for 3-2 Lopez Vending.
