A 3-year-old girl was flown to a local hospital this evening after she fell from the window of a two-story home near Gilroy High School.
Emergency responders were dispatched at 7:26 p.m. after the girl fell from a home on the 6800 block of Princevalle Street, said Capt. Shaun Peyghambary of the Gilroy Fire Department. The girl was transported via helicopter, which had landed at the high school.
Peyghambary said he would not reveal details about the injuries Wednesday because of regulations related to the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
More information will be available Thursday morning.
