Runners, riders and rollers ages five and up are welcome to register for the Great Garlic 5K FUNdraiser at 8 a.m. Oct. 26 at the Gilroy Sports Park.
The event earmarks all proceeds for the Recreation Youth Scholarship Fund and is co-sponsored by the Gilroy Recreation Department and the Recreation Commission.
The cost is $20 for residents or $25 for non-residents of the City of Gilroy.
Those interested in participating are encouraged to pre-register to guarantee an event tshirt.
