The City of Gilroy will hold a community workshop Monday night to introduce residents to a high-speed rail visioning project meant to weigh the pros and cons of two station options in the city. The workshop, “Project Overview and Key Issues,” will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Gilroy Senior Center, located at 7371 Hanna Street. The visioning project is intended to gather residents’ thoughts on two potential locations for a high-speed rail station in Gilroy – downtown and east of U.S. Highway 101.
