Jessie “Jay” Thrasher died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004 in Modesto. She was 83.
Mrs. Thrasher is the wife of the late Gilbert Thrasher.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra and her husband Thomas Nett of Modesto. She is the grandmother of Jessica Caroline Nett of Modesto; sister of Harriet Nagle, Edna Nagle, Dorothy and her husband Jack Sturla and Patricia Mercer, all of Gilroy and Robert and his wife Virginia Nagle of Fullerton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Thrasher was also preceded in death by her brothers Michael and Henry Nagle and her sister Marie Silva.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004, at the Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, at the funeral home then proceed to St. Mary’s Church for a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
