A field of 15 co-rec teams will begin play Sunday night in the 33rd annual Fourth of July Tournament at three local softball fields.
Both the B and C Divisions will be double-elimination events, with the finals scheduled for Monday July 4.
The six-team B Division opens with two games at 6:30pm on Sunday. Dee’z Nutz & Cherries opens against the Rebels at Christmas Hill Park, while U No It and Chicks N’ Sticks battle at Las Animas Park. Sandlot-Pizza N Stuff will play at 8:50pm at Christmas Hill against the 6:30 winner. The Hustlers will play at 8:50 at Las Animas against that park’s 6:30 winner.
Going Postal and Rush Order kick off the nine-team C Division at 6:30pm Sunday at Gavilan Sports Park. Let’s Do This will face the winner at 8:50pm.
Summer Brew Crew and Pacific Coast Bail Bonds square off at 7:40pm at Christmas Hill. Kutz & Colors will play Just For Fun at 7:40pm at Las Animas.
Joe’s Italian Restaurant plays Dutchman’s Pizza at 7:40pm at Gavilan.
