A 24-year-old San Jose man was driving the Isuzu northbound on Columbet just south of San Martin Avenue, about 7:20 p.m. Saturday, according to the California Highway Patrol. For an unspecified reason, the vehicle rolled over, causing damage to the vehicle and minor injuries to the driver, who refused medical attention.

A 31-year-old San Martin man who was a passenger had moderate injuries, with cuts to his head and possible fractured bones, according to CHP. He was transported to an unspecified regional hospital.

There were no signs that the accident – which occurred around dusk during cool and dry conditions – was alcohol-related, according to CHP.
