This week, police responded to calls of burglaries, theft and stolen cars. Here are a few events:

STEALING FROM CHARITY?

A 22-year-old woman, Julia Einhorn, was found in possession of stolen items from the Goodwill Store on First Street. She was arrested at 3 p.m. on Oct. 16 on First Street. 

FOUR ARRESTED FOR STOLEN CAR POSSESSION

At 12:53 a.m. on Oct. 17, James Becerra, 20, and Mitchell Costa, 21, were allegedly found occupying a stolen gray 2004 Mazda MZ3. Two other unnamed suspects found in the vehicle were also arrested. All for suspects were taken to Santa Clara County Jail. 

MAN WITH WARRANTS ARRESTED FOR METH SALES

A 30-year-old man with a two warrants for his arrest, Ronnie Lujan was caught by police riding a blue Yamaha motorcycle at 4 p.m. on Oct. 17. He was also arrested for driving on a suspect license, fleeing form police, possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of paraphernalia. With a long history of arrests in Gilroy, Lujan has been a familiar face to the Gilroy Police for years.
