Tobacco patrons and profiteers alike will face more opposition

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced local Realtors Lisa and Greg Gardner have affiliated with the company as sales associates in the Morgan Hill office. Prior to joining Coldwell, the Gardners worked as sales associates for Intero Real Estate in Gilroy, where they specialized in residential home sales. They have been licensed Realtors for more than 22 years. Both Lisa and Greg started in real estate as mortgage brokers before moving into selling homes. The Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting June 27 at the new performing arts themed preschool in Morgan Hill.  Along with Morgan Hill Chamber staff and ambassadors, owner Vineeta Bhandavi and the school’s manager and primary teacher, Pattie Fernandez, attended.

In April, Brenden Zimmer, chief gardener, cut the red ribbon officially opening the growing/selling season for the Demonstration Garden in Gilroy. Joining Zimmer were community volunteers and Demonstration Garden supporters including Ronald and Ann Marie Welten and Marcia Queen.

Q: After 20 years in the same job, I recently had to look for work when our family moved to a different city. Finding a position in my field took several months, but I was finally hired five weeks ago. The problem is that I’m already having serious thoughts about quitting.
