Juan Guerra, 21, one of three suspects allegedly involved the April 3 double shooting that killed Gilroyan Jesse Emmanuel Silos, 30, and left another 37-year-old victim seriously injured, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Friday in San Jose on homicide and attempted homicide charges according to a press release sent today from the Gilroy Police Department.Â
