August (Herb) Rehmus passed away in Hollister at the age of 93. He was born in Windside, Nebraska and lived in Hollister for 25 years. He married his wife, Louise, in 1985 in Nevada City, CA and served his country honorably in the US Navy during WWII.
Joan passed on to meet her beloved husband on Mon, 12/26/11. She is survived by her children Mike, Rob, Gail, and Pat; abundant grand and great-grandchildren, and numerous friends.

Mary Dossetti, loving wife and mother passed away peacefully on Christmas morning at her home in Morgan Hill.She is survived by her husband John Dossetti, daughters Kathleen Dossetti and Lisa Oliver (Ken), grandchildren Adam Guzman (Dianna) and Kendra Oliver, great-grandson Logan Guzman and numerous nieces and nephews.She is pre-deceased by her parents Samuel and Kathleen Holmes, sister Ann, brothers Samuel and Robert, and daughter Joanne.
William (Bill) H. Carver died at his home in Morgan Hill on December 15, 2011. Mr. Carver was born on February 15, 1938 in Newberry, MI. Mr. Carver served as a Marine in the late 1950s. He then worked as a sales representative for various paint and carpet companies.
Dorene Jo (Smith) Wilber, 72, of Berry Creek, died after a short illness on December 9, 2011. She was born to the late C. Dale and Rafaela Smith, Sept. 24, 1939 in Hollister, CA. Dorene graduated from San Benito High School in 1957 and attended Notre Dame College with a music scholarship.
JoAnn Byrd passed away Christmas Eve at her home in Hollister at the age of 86. Born in Nebraska, residing in San Jose for many years, retiring to Hollister in 1989.
Todd, a resident of Henderson, NV died December 1, 2011, from Diabetic complications. He was born in Gilroy on February 17, 1967. Todd was a talented computer graphic artist who did freelance work. He had many hobbies.
Annette M. Smith, 59, of Pioneer, passed away at home, after suffering a battle with cancer on December 23, 2011. She was born in Cincinnati, OH on January 17, 1952 to parents John and Santa Fondale. She moved to Salinas, CA at the age of eight with her parents where she resided until she moved to San Juan Bautista to raise her son Tim.
Shirley Amoroso died at home on December 17, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 20 years Hubert Templeman, her sister Elyse Foley, her two children Kimberly and Michael, and her beloved granddaughter Audrey Strickland.
