Jacki Jackson on June 9, 2010, in San Jose. Born August 20, 1946, in San Francisco to Emanuel and Thelma Degenhardt. She is survived by husband Doyle Jackson; sons Don Barnes of Gilroy, Tim Jackson and wife Dee of Naples, FL; daughter Heather Jackson of Mtn. View; loving granddaughters Maddie, Makenzie, and Mandi Barnes; sister Joyce Allen and husband John; niece Jill Norman and husband Greg; nephew John Allen; grandnieces Hayley and Emma Norman and Autumn and Hope Allen.

Frank M. Sendejas

Frank Sendejas long term resident and community member of the city of Gilroy died in Elk Grove, CA at the age of 88 years old. Beloved husband to Juanita "Jennie" Lerma for 65 years and father to four sons and one daughter Frank Jr. (deceased), Edward (deceased), Juanita Sendejas Lopez of Elk Grove, Aurelio Sendejas of Morgan Hill and John Sendejas of Elk Grove, CA. Father-in-Law to Lourdes Sendejas and Carlos Lopez. Grandfather to eight grandchildren and two great- grandchildren: Nadia Perez, Jennie Lopez, Carlos Lopez Jr., Anthony Lopez, Victoria Sendejas all of Elk Grove and Stevie Ray Sendejas, Sarah Sendejas and Marissa Sendejas of Morgan Hill, CA. Great Grand father to Benecio and Santino Perez of Elk Grove.

Jose A. Garcia (Josito)

Jose A.Garcia Jr.Passed away a resident of Hollister at the age of 33,born in Gilroy but lived all his life in Hollister. Josito enjoyed fishing, football, barbequeing spening time with his family. He is preceded in death by his father Jose A. Garcia, died in 1995. He is survived by his mother and step-father Evagelina Garcia and Paulo Morales,his three children Jose A.Garcia III,Adam I.Garcia,and new born Zinnia N.Garcia, step-daughter Jazmyne Ramirez,girlfriend Leah Torres, his sister's Veronica Garcia, Azalia Garcia and brother David Garcia, his niece's and newphew's, and family all of Hollister. We all want to express how thankful we are for your expression of love for our family during this difficult time. Josito, we love you and will miss you very much.

Generosa (Inay) Lumang Acosta

Born in Manila, Philippines, and raised in Batac in the province of Ilocos Norte. Generosa "Inay" Acosta came to the United States in 1980 to join her daughter, Elena, and son-in-law. She died peacefully at home at age 92 with her loving children and family around her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Esmeraldo in 1996, and son Joven in 1942. Inay will be profoundly missed by her children Fely (late Rody), Elena (Victor), Filomena, Jessie (Shirley), Cora (Wilson) and Manny (Linda); her cherished grandchildren Ryan andFarrah; Cherylle, Jennifer, and Yvonne; Jeze and John; Alistair, Alvin, and Genna; Rizelle and Krishna; and her beloved great-grandchildren Zander and Logan; Dominic, Ryan and Ryder.

Andrew (Andy) Munro Jr.

Andrew Munro, Jr. of Morgan Hill, CA (Formerly of Valley Stream, NY) passed away suddenly on 6/8/10 at the age of 62. Andy was the beloved son of Margaret and the late Andrew Munro, Sr. and the loving brother of Lynne Munro. Andy graduated from Hofstra University and Texas A & M and spent many years in the computer industry working for Exclaim Technologies, Inc., Sybase Inc., Intel Corp., and more than 25 years with IBM Corp. Gilroy Garlic Festival Volunteer for many years. Friends are welcome to join us at a Memorial Service to be held at the home of Louie and Judy Bonino, LJB Farms in San Martin, CA on Thurs. 6/17/10 at 11:00 A.M., to be hosted by his longtime dear friend Elaine Bonino and her family. Donations to your favorite charity preferred.

Bruno M. Tesolini

Bruno M. Tesolini passed away in Hollister on June 7th, 2010, at the age of 85 years. He served in the Army in World War II and received a Purple Heart. He was a member of the Hollister Lodge No. 1436, B.P.O.E.; the Knights of Columbus and the California Farm Bureau. Surviving relatives are daughters and spouses Linda Crum (Isaac), Cathy Casillas (Paul), and Teri Aguiar; grandchildren Ruth Crum, Jake Hubbell, Katy Silva, Dan Dover Jr., Marcie Dover, Courtney Cann; step-grandchildren Ken Casillas and Karin Dagle; brother-in-law Vince Castello; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his spouse Betty, parents Olindo and Dina Tesolini, and sister Gloria Castello.
