Susan was raised in San Martin CA. she was 47 at the time of her passing. She is survived by her life partner Tammara Shelly of San Martin, her children Joshua Baker of WV, Anna LaStella of WA, Michael Kyle of WA, Tyanna and Deidra of San Martin CA., 6 grandchildren, her parents Kitty and Jim Terry of AZ, her aunt and Godmother Colleen Stephen of TX, her uncle and Godfather Bill Stephen of WI, brother Steve Lucas of AZ, sister Sydney Moncrief of Modesto CA, her uncle Gary Stephen of TX, uncles Bill and Rick Terry of Morgan Hill CA and many nieces, nephews and cousins from all over. Susan will be missed by many. She was researching her family tree and was active in supporting equal rights for all. She was a loving and kind soul that reached out to everyone and anyone when they needed her. Services will be held on Sunday at 4:00 P.M. at the Methodist Church , 17175 Monterey Rd. in downtown Morgan Hill.

Carol Ann was born on September 7, 1945 to the late Harold and Virginia Mazzuca Avery. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Rose Mary Avery. She is survived by her uncle Bob Mazzuca of Santa Cruz. Cousins: Jacki Foster Nielsen of Modesto, John Foster of Modesto, Leonard Lepiane of San Jose, Gary Lepiane of Rohnert Park, Dennis Buzzini of San Jose, Brad Mazzuca of Gilroy, Lori Mazzuca Duggan of San Jose, Dodie Mazzuca of Scottsdale, AZ

Marvin died peacefully at home after a long battle with emphysema. Marvin was born and raised in Hanford, CA. He graduated Hanford High School in 1951 and from San Jose State in 1955. He then returned home to run the family business, Mirviss's Dress Shop.

Warren S. Barham, PhD, passed away on April 16. He was born Feb. 15, 1919, in Prescott, AR. He married Margaret Alice Kyle (deceased 1997) in 1940. Warren and Margaret had 4 children (Barbara Mes, Juanita Contin, Margaret Ann Braham, and Robert Barham; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren). Warren married Evelyn Csongradi in 1998, they were married until her death in 2003.

Roland Bretz Smith, a former resident of Hollister, passed away April 14, 2010 in Fillmore, CA. His final days were spent surrounded by his loving family.

John A. Marsh, Sr. 1925-2010 born in Dunsmuir, CA. Long time resident of Santa Clara County. He served in WWII, was a 40 year member of the Elks, Master of the Masons 1997, and proud teacher for 40 years. Loving husband of the late Shirley Marsh; proud father of Janice Sornberger, and John Marsh, Jr. and his wife Linda; dearest grandfather of David Sornberger and wife Elizabeth, Douglas Sornberger and his wife Yvette; dear great-grandfather of Justin, Jamie, Ashley, Alyvia and Maleigha.

Norma passed away in Fresno, CA on September 3, 2009, at the age of 75. She was a former resident of Gilroy and worked as a Bartender for many years. She is preceded in death by her daughter Nina Farmer.
