Daniel and Kay Ordaz celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 31. They celebrated with their children and grandchildren at the Golden Oak Restaurant in Morgan Hill.
Daniel and Kay were married Aug. 31, 1952, in Mobile, Ala., where Daniel met his bride while serving in the Air Force.
Daniel was raised in Gilroy, and he and his bride settled here, raising their four children, Lisa Velasco, Christopher Ordaz, Mark Ordaz and Dana Fachin.
