Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego.
Marine Corps Pvt. Teal A. Peterson completed basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. He completed 12 weeks of training designed to challenge new Marine recruits both physically and mentally.
Trianing included numerous hours in the classroom and and field assignments related to first aid, survival and weapons training.
Peterson is the son of Zeta M. and Phillip J. Peterson of Morgan Hill and is a 2002 graduate of Live Oak High School.
