Pat Belanger, owner of the 111th Aerial Photography Squadron in Morgan Hill, and daughter, Niki Green, were awarded two of three $1,000 top prizes in a precision aerial photography contest sponsored by Boyle Consulting Engineers of Charlotte, N.C. with a grant from the University of North Carolina.
