trucking company’s security fencing and stole five aluminum
semi-truck rims valued at $750 from the truck yard. Ward briefly
eluded capture after the alleged crime, which occurred 11:09 a.m.
Dec. 12, but was found about 300 yards north of the trucking yard.
He also was found in possession of a concealed 4-inch folding
knife.
