-Anne-Marie Cordova, 39, March 29 at 6:15 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Seventh streets for first-degree burglary, battery, being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting/delaying/obstructing a police officer and vandalism resulting in damage less than $400 in value.

-Jerome Moore, 32, April 1 at 9:45 a.m. near the intersection of Tomkins Court and Murray Avenue for second-degree burglary, passing fictitious checks, driving with suspended privileges and grand theft of personal property.

-Tommy Chavez, 42, March 30 at 1:22 a.m. on the 700 block of First Street for possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with suspended privileges.

-Judy Carranza, 48, March 30 at 10:07 p.m. near the intersection of IOOF Avenue and Monterey Street for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence.

-Peter Spohr, 52, March 31 at 5:27 p.m. on the 700 block of La Paloma Way for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

-Jorge Flores, 26, April 1 at 2:07 a.m. near the intersection of Old Gilroy and Alexander streets for driving under the influence, driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content and being an unlicensed driver.

-Francisco Gonzalez, 23, April 1 at 12:18 a.m. on the 400 block of E. 10th Street for driving under the influence, driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content, driving while unlicensed, driving on a suspended licenses and selling or aiding in selling stolen property.
